Plumbing and sanitary - taps, faucets, sinks and basins, water closets, floor traps, shower trays and screens, longbaths, mixers, etc
Air-conditioning system - fan coils, condensing units, air-con brackets, and
other mechanical operating systems of the property.
For internal finishes, where applicable, the inspection will cover all functional areas of a building including all principal (halls, rooms), circulation (lift lobbies, staircases, corridors) and service locations (toilets, kitchen, utilities areas, balconies).
